Wincleo Terms and Conditions
How Registration Binds You to These Terms
Creating an account at Wincleo means you have read these terms and agree to be legally bound by them. The agreement is between you and Cleoway Gaming Ltd, the operator, and it sits alongside our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gambling page and the terms attached to each bonus. If you disagree with any clause, do not register, deposit or place a bet, because the first deposit is treated as continued acceptance.
Which Law and Which Regulator Apply
Wincleo is operated by Cleoway Gaming Ltd under the Anjouan Gaming Licence No. ALSI-202407-FL3, issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Anjouan law governs these terms, and the regulator with jurisdiction over our gaming activity is the Anjouan authority that issued the licence. Disputes that cannot be settled through our complaints procedure fall under that jurisdiction, and the procedure itself is described on our Legal Notice page.
How Deposits Are Processed
Your account currency is GBP, and the minimum deposit is £20. The table shows how each method behaves.
| Method | Deposit time | Withdrawal time |
|---|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard debit | Instant | 1-3 business days |
| Skrill and Neteller | Instant | Up to 24 hours |
| Paysafecard | Instant | Not available for withdrawals |
| Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and USDT | Instant | Up to 24 hours |
| Bank transfer | 1-3 business days | 3-5 business days |
Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the rate displayed in the cashier at the moment of the transaction.
How Withdrawals Are Requested and Paid
Withdrawals are requested from the cashier and are paid back to the method you used to deposit wherever that method allows it. Because Paysafecard cannot receive funds, a player who deposited only with it must nominate another method, such as Skrill or a bank transfer, and that method must be in your own name. A withdrawal is released only after your identity checks are complete, and the processing times in the table above start from the moment we approve the request, not from the moment you submit it.
How the Welcome Bonus Rules Apply
Bonuses are available to players aged 18 or over, one welcome package per player. A bonus carries a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount, a maximum bet of £5 while the bonus is active, and an expiry of 14 days from activation. Slots contribute 100% towards wagering, while jackpot slots such as Mega Moolah and Divine Fortune, and most live casino tables, contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Staking more than £5 in a single bet while a bonus is active voids the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
What Happens When a Game Malfunctions
A malfunction voids the affected round and all payouts that arose from it, whether the fault lies in a game from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming or any other provider on our platform. Any stake placed on a voided round is returned to your balance. If you notice a fault, stop playing, take a screenshot of the game screen and send it to [email protected] with the time of the round in UK time.
Who May Hold an Account
You must be at least 18 years old, and you may hold one account only. Details given at registration must be your own and must match your identity documents, and the account may not be transferred or shared. Wincleo holds no licence from the UK Gambling Commission, so you are responsible for checking that taking part in online gambling is lawful in the place where you are playing.
How Far Our Liability Extends
We are not liable for losses caused by your internet connection, your device, or an interruption of a third-party payment provider such as Visa, Mastercard, Skrill or Neteller. We are also not liable for losses that follow from a decision to gamble, since every stake is placed at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
How We Treat Prohibited Conduct
Opening several accounts, abusing bonuses through low-risk betting patterns, colluding with other players, and using bots, scripts or other automation are all prohibited. When we find such conduct we void the bonus and any winnings from it, close the accounts involved and hold the balance while we investigate. A player who believes a decision was wrong can appeal by email to [email protected].
How We Verify Your Identity
We ask for a passport or a UK photocard driving licence, together with proof of address dated recently, such as a utility bill, a council tax bill or a bank statement. Verification is required before your first withdrawal, and again if you request a large payout, change payment method or trigger a security review. Documents sent to [email protected] are usually reviewed within one working day.
How We Change These Terms and Tell You
We may revise these terms when our services, payment methods or legal duties change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision, and we notify registered players by email before a material change takes effect. If you keep using your account after the change, you accept the revised terms.
