Contacting Wincleo Support

What to Prepare Before You Write to [email protected]

Every written enquiry goes to [email protected], and it is answered fastest when the first message already contains the details an agent would otherwise ask for. Quote the email address registered on your Wincleo account, never your password, and describe the problem with the date and time it happened in UK time. For a payment question, add the method (Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, cryptocurrency or bank transfer), the amount in pounds and the approximate time of the transaction. For a bonus question, name the welcome package you claimed. For a verification question, attach a clear photograph of your passport or UK photocard driving licence and a recent proof of address, such as a utility bill, a council tax bill or a bank statement.

How Each Channel Handles Your Request

We run two channels, and each is suited to a different kind of request. There is no telephone line.

When Our Team Is Available

Our support team works 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and that includes UK bank holidays. Because there are no closed hours, the clock change between GMT in winter and BST in summer makes no difference to when you can reach us. If you write outside a busy period, expect a reply sooner than the peak-time estimate above, and if your message concerns a withdrawal, mention it in the subject line so it is routed to the payments queue first.
